When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. Terms of Service
Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement
By purchasing any item sold by Blank Guns Xtreme LLC, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless blankgunsxtreme.com and all persons and property associated with blankgunsxtreme.com for all claims and or damage and injury resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, sale, misuse, carelessness, proper use, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws or regulations.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BlankGunsXtreme reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
BlankGunsXtreme allows customers to return any item within 15 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened. If tampered with, damaged, or the orange plug has been removed, the return will not be valid. The customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or there will be no refund for items. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order.
Defective Airsoft Guns
We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $5.00. All airsoft guns that are over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor-quality BB’s, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please call us or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim, we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect, we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.
Shipping and Payment
Most orders received before 10:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed before shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order.
